Abstract: An integrated coupling apparatus of a portable phone is provided to make horizontal view of images related to games or DMB possible, and enable a user to conveniently use function buttons by horizontally arranging them. An integrated coupling apparatus of a portable phone capable of rotating and sliding comprises the followings: a rotating unit(110) which is hinge-coupled with one side of a display unit; a sliding unit(120) whose one side is fixedly coupled with the rotating unit and the other side is slidably coupled with a main body; the first connection member(121) whose one side is fixedly coupled with the rotating unit; a guide unit in which an upward slope and a downward slope are successively formed; and the second connection member(122) having the guide unit.
