Abstract: 본발명은시각장애인용점자페이스북지원방법및 그시스템에관한것으로서, 구체적으로는자바스크립트(JavaScript)를지원하지않는점자입출력장치로부터페이스북사용관련신호를수신하고, 상기사용관련신호에기초하여상기페이스북서버와데이터통신을수행하며, 상기페이스북서버로부터수신한데이터를데이터변환과정을거쳐상기점자입출력장치로전송하는과정을통해상기점자입출력장치를사용하는사용자에게페이스북접속을지원하는방법및 그시스템에관한것이다. 본발명의실시예에따르면, 자바스크립트(JavaScript)를지원하지않는점자입출력장치를통해서도페이스북의컨텐츠를확인할수 있음은물론페이스북의내용변경을수행할수 있다. 또한, 페이스북을이용하는시각장애인에게점자형태의페이스북서비스를제공할수 있게됨으로써시각장애인의청각보호및 안전사고예방효과를기대할수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a system for supporting braille Facebook for the blind and, more specifically, to a method and a system for supporting Facebook connection of a user who uses a braille input and output device through a process of receiving a Facebook use-related signal from the braille input and output device that does not support JavaScript, performing data communications with a Facebook server based on the use-related signal, and transmitting data received from the Facebook server to the braille input and output device after a data conversion process. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the content of Facebook can be checked and the content change of Facebook can be performed through the braille input and output device which does not support JavaScript. Also, braille Facebook services can be provided to the blind who use Facebook, thereby providing an expectation of eyesight protection and accident prevention of the blind.
