Abstract: PURPOSE: An uncoiler is provided to freely utilize both hands during uncoiling and be used in transferring the bobbin. CONSTITUTION: An uncoiler comprises a rotary shaft(10), a shaft bearing with a shaft support(25) which supports the rotary shaft to be separated and rotated, and a shaft drive device(30) which rotates a rotary shaft to release materials in the bobbin. The rotary shaft has the diameter to hold the bobbin when the bobbin is inserted into the circumference and loaded. The shaft drive device comprises a drive shaft(31) and a motor(32).

Abstract: 본 발명은 보빈에 감긴 소재를 푸는 언코일러에 관한 것으로, 자세하게는 보빈의 로딩이 수평으로 배치되는 회전축에 끼워진 상태에서 매달려 있도록 이루어지므로 작게는 내경 50㎜, 크게는 내경 600㎜의 보빈을 장착할 수 있고, 이렇게 로딩 후 회전축을 회전시키면 마찰에 의하여 보빈이 회전되어 소재가 풀리는 언코일러에 관한 것이다.
