Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for detecting atypical defects of a touch screen module of a resistant film method are provided to photograph a surface of the touch screen module at various angles and positions, thereby easily and automatically detecting the atypical defects generated in the touch screen module of the resistant film method. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting atypical defects of a touch screen module of a resistant film method comprises a testing stage(40), a light source, a camera module(50), a stage driving unit, and a detection controller. The touch screen module is seated on the testing stage. The light source irradiates testing lights on the touch screen module. The camera module photographs the touch screen module. The stage driving unit rotates the testing stage. The detection controller controls the stage driving unit so that the stage driving unit rotates the testing stage. The detection controller controls the camera module so that the control module photographs the touch screen module several times by the rotation of the testing stage. The detection controller performs a digital-image-process the images photographed by the camera module, thereby detecting the atypical defects.

Abstract: 본 발명은 터치스크린 모듈의 비정형 불량을 검출하기 위한 비정형 불량 검사 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 비정형 불량 검사 장치는 상기 터치스크린 모듈이 안착되는 검사 스테이지와; 상기 검사 스테이지에 안착된 상기 터치스크린 모듈에 검사광을 조사하는 적어도 하나의 광원과; 상기 검사 스테이지에 안착된 상기 터치스크린 모듈을 촬영하는 카메라 모듈과; 상기 터치스크린 모듈이 상기 카메라 모듈에 대해 적어도 한 방향으로 이동 또는 회전하도록 상기 검사 스테이지를 이동 또는 회전시키는 스테이지 구동부와; 상기 스테이지 구동 모듈이 상기 검사 스테이지를 이동시키도록 제어하고, 상기 검사 스테이지의 이동에 따라 상기 카메라 모듈이 상기 터치스크린 모듈을 복수 회 촬영하도록 제어하며, 상기 카메라 모듈에 의해 복수 회 촬영된 영상을 디지털 영상 처리하여 상기 비정형 불량을 검출하는 검출 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 테이지 구동부가 검사 스테이지에 안착된 터치스크린 모듈을 적어도 한 축에 대해 이동시키거나 회전시켜 다양한 위치와 각도로 터치스크린 모듈의 표면을 촬영함으로써, 터치스크린 모듈에서 발생하는 비정형 불량을 자동으로 용이하게 검출할 수 있게 된다.
