Abstract: An anticancer drug comprising inhibitor of TMPRSS4(transmembrane protease, serine 4) protein is provided to inhibit movement ability and growth of cancer cells by inhibiting expression of TMPRSS4 protein within cancer cells. A anticancer drug comprises an inhibitor of TMPRSS4 protein selected from an antisense nucleotide capable of complementarily binding to mRNA(messenger RNA) of TMPRSS4, TMPRSS4 specific small interfering RNA(siRNA), substrate analogue capable of binding to the TMPRSS4 protein, antibody and a small compound capable of inhibiting activity of TMPRSS4, wherein the TMPRSS4 specific siRNA comprises (1) a RNA sequence encoding a sense RNA, (2) 3-10 DNA sequences encoding a hairpin loop and (3) an antisense DNA sequence capable of complementarily binding to the DNA of the RNA sequence(1).

Abstract translation: 提供包含TMPRSS4抑制剂（跨膜蛋白酶，丝氨酸4）蛋白质的抗癌药物，通过抑制癌细胞内TMPRSS4蛋白的表达来抑制癌细胞的移动能力和生长。 抗癌药包括选自能够互补结合TMPRSS4的mRNA（信使RNA），TMPRSS4特异性小干扰RNA（siRNA），能够结合TMPRSS4蛋白的底物类型，抗体和小的TMPRSS4蛋白质的TMPRSS4蛋白质的抑制剂 能够抑制TMPRSS4活性的化合物，其中TMPRSS4特异性siRNA包含（1）编码正义RNA的RNA序列，（2）3-10编码发夹环的DNA序列和（3）能够互补结合的反义DNA序列 RNA序列的DNA（1）。
