Abstract: The present invention relates to an antiviral pharmaceutical composition containing a compound isolated from a Saururus chinensis extract and a fraction thereof. Specifically, saucerneol, saucernetin-8, and manassantin B, as antiviral active materials, were isolated from the Saururus chinensis extract and the fraction thereof. The compound does not show toxicity on cells and exhibits an effective antiviral effect against viruses in the body, an effect of inhibiting the secretion of inflammatory cytokines and chemokine, and an effect of reducing the expression of immune cells, and thus can be used as an active ingredient for an antiviral pharmaceutical composition.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种抗病毒药物组合物，其含有从中国龙须提取物及其一部分分离的化合物。 具体来说，作为抗病毒活性物质的saucerneol，saucernetin-8和manassantin B从中华ensis ensis提取物及其分数中分离出来。 该化合物对细胞没有显示毒性，对体内病毒表现出有效的抗病毒作用，抑制炎性细胞因子和趋化因子分泌的作用，以及降低免疫细胞表达的作用，因此可以用作 抗病毒药物组合物的活性成分。
