PURPOSE: A succinic acid culture medium with high productivity is provided to mass produce the succinic acid at low cost by mixing expensive yeast extract with low price corn precipitate at optimal rate. CONSTITUTION: A succinic acid culture medium comprises 125-195g/l of glucose, 6-18 g/l of yeast extract, 15-40 g/l of corn precipitate, 8-12 g/l of sodium hydrogen carbonate and 90-110 g/l of magnesium carbonate. The succinic acid production cell group is Actinobacillus succinogenes. A manufacturing method of the succinic acid comprises the following steps: cultivating the succinic acid production cell group in the culture medium; and obtaining the succinic acid from the culture fluid. CONSTITUTION: An Actinobacillus succinogenes KCTC 11882BP has a succinic acid high productivity. A method for preparing succinic acid comprises: a step of culturing Actinobacillus succinogenes KCTCT 11882BP in a liquid medium containing glucose, yeast extract, sodium hydrogen carbonate(NaHCO_3), and magnesium carbonate(MgCO_3); and a step of collecting succinic acid from the culture liquid.
