Abstract: 본 발명은 천연중화탈취제를 이용한 스크러버형 건식 분사 탈취장치에 관한 것으로, 천연중화탈취제를 희석시켜 악취를 탈취시키는 탈취장치에 있어서, 하나의 분사노즐과 그물망이 설치된 반응기를 상호 적층가능하게 연결하되, 하부에는 흡입구가 형성되고, 상부에는 배출구가 형성된 후드부가 연결된 반응장치와; 상기 반응기들 내측에 설치된 분사노즐측으로 악취를 탈취시키는 중화제를 공급하는 중화제 공급장치와; 상기 분사노즐측에서 중화제 공급분사시 중화제가 무화상태로 분사되도록 압축공기를 공급하는 압축공기 공급장치와; 상기 중화제를 반응장치측으로 공급하는 중화제 공급장치 및 압축공기 공급장치를 자동 컨트롤하는 컨트롤장치;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하여 반응장치의 반응기를 적층시켜 증감시킬 수 있도록 구성되어 있으므로 악취가스의 발생량에 따라 대처할 수 있을 뿐 만아니라, 악취가스 탈취시 사용되는 중화제를 무화상태로 분사시킴으로써 중화제의 수분 발생이 거의 없으로므로 인해 악취탈취 후의 이차적인 오염도 없으며, 제1,2반응기를 통과하는 동안 악취가스의 악취를 완전히 탈취시킬 수 있으므로 보다 높은 탈취효과를 얻을 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a scrubber type spray deodorizing device using neutral natural deodorant(ONA-99) mixed with water in an atomized state so as to increase the efficiency of deodorizing reaction and using minimal water to avoid the secondary pollution by the washing water. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: a cylinder type dry spray deodorizing device(100) being composed of the first and the second reactors(105, 110) which are installed with detachable connection, the first reactor(105) being located at the bottom with a suction entrance and when the fan(140) operates, the malodorous gas forms vortex flow in the reactor and at the top of the second reactor(100), stacked in the upper part of the first reactor(105), a hood part(145) with the outlet(145a) being located for the purified gas to be sent outside; a reactor device(120) having each spray nozzle(115) inside the reactors(105, 110); the spray nozzle in the first reactor spraying upward while the nozzle spraying downward in the second reactor; a supply apparatus(125) of water diluted neutralization agent to the spray nozzle(115) after neutralizing the natural deodorant(B); a compressed air supplying equipment(130) to spray the water diluted neutralizing agent(C) from the supplying apparatus(125); a stainless steel net(150) being installed at the top of the spray nozzle(115) to let the neutralizing agent(C) and the malodorous gas react again and a second net(155) being installed at the top of the second reactor(110), and an automatic or manual control device(135) which controls the above compressed air and the neutralizing agent(C).
