Abstract: 본 발명은 피코팅체에 균일한 코팅층의 형성이 가능한 코팅 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 피코팅체의 형상 변화에 따라 타겟홀더가 자동적으로 이동하여 피코팅체와 타겟간의 거리가 일정하게 유지되는 것이 가능하여 균일한 코팅층을 형성시킬 수 있는 코팅 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 진공 공간내에서 방전을 통하여 피코팅체의 코팅을 구현하도록 제공되는 타겟이 구비되며, 구동수단을 매개로 상하 이동이 가능한 타겟홀더; 및 상기 구동수단과 전기적으로 연계되어 있고, 피코팅체와 타겟간의 거리측정을 매개로 피코팅체의 형상변화에 대응하여 코팅이 균일하게 되도록 상기 구동수단에 상기 거리 측정 결과를 제공하는 거리 측정계를 포함하여 구성되는 균일한 코팅이 가능한 코팅장치를 제공한다.
본 발명의 일측면에 따르면, 피코팅체의 형상이 변화하더라도 이에 대응하여 피코팅체와 타겟간의 거리가 일정하게 유지될 수 있는 코팅 장치를 제공할 수 있으며, 이를 통해, 일정한 두께의 코팅층을 피코팅체에 형성시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A coating device capable of uniform coating is provided to maintain a constant distance between a work piece and a target corresponding to the shape of the work piece. CONSTITUTION: A coating device capable of uniform coating comprises a target holder(40) and a distance measuring unit(60). The target holder includes a target(30) for coating a work piece through discharge in a vacuum space and can be moved up and down by the medium of a driving unit. The distance measuring unit is electrically connected to the driving unit and provides distance measurement results to obtain uniform coating on the work piece, corresponding to the shape of the work piece, based on measurement of the distance between the work piece and the target.
