Abstract: 본 발명은 고체산화물 연료전지 스택에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 고체산화물 연료전지 단위스택에 있어서, 단위스택은 복수의 단위전지 셀로 구성되며, 상기 단위전지 셀은 단위전지와; 이웃하는 단위전지 셀과 연결되는 연결부재; 및 상기 단위전지의 상부와 하부에 각각 인접하여 설치되는 지지체, 상기 지지체의 상부와 하부에 긴밀 접착되는 밀봉 시트 또는 밀봉 페이스트 중 어느 하나;를 포함하는 밀봉재 모듈;을 포함하되, 상기 지지체 또는 밀봉재 모듈은 스택의 저온영역인 단위스택하부와 고온영역인 단위스택상부에서 각각 다른 재질로 제조되는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택을 제공한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 상기 고체산화물 연료전지 단위스택의 각 영역의 온도에 대응되는 밀봉재 모듈을 그 온도에서 견딜 수 있는 재질로 하여 단위전지 셀에 도입함으로써 복수의 단위스택으로 이루어지는 고체산화물 연료전지 스택이 특히 하부스택에서 작동온도에서도 내구성을 유지할 수 있도록 하는 장점이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A unit stack of a solid oxide fuel cell is provided to ensure excellent durability while being not collapsed in an operation temperature despite long-term operation since a sealing material module is made of materials with endurance at the temperature of each region of the unit stack. CONSTITUTION: A unit stack of a solid oxide fuel cell comprises a plurality of unit battery cells(601,602). The unit battery cell includes a unit cell, a connector connected to the neighboring unit battery cell, and a sealing material module, wherein the sealing material module comprises a supporter installed at the upper and lower parts of the unit battery, and at least one of a sealing sheet or sealing paste adhered to the upper and lower parts of the supporter. The supporter or sealing material module is respectively made of different materials at the lower part(606) of the stack and the upper part(605) of the stack.
