Abstract: 본 발명은 중방식 도료용 표면개질된 무기필러 및 그를 이용한 중방식 도료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 의한 중방식 도료용 표면개질된 무기필러는, 제올라이트; 및 판상구조인 탈크, 버라이트, 마이카에 방식성을 지닌 물질들이 흡착 또는 코팅된 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이를 이용한 무기필러의 표면에 금속물질이 표면개질됨으로써, 이에 따른 내식성 향상을 보았다. 본 발명에 따르면, 수분 또는 수증기의 침투를 방지하는 한편, 해수환경에서의 염분의 침투를 효과적으로 억제하여, 특히 선박용 강재 등의 해수와 자주 접하는 철강 구조물용 코팅재에 적용될 경우 현저한 방청효과를 발휘할 수 있는 표면개질된 무기입자를 제공할 수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a surface-modified inorganic filler for a heavy-duty anticorrosion paint and to a heavy-duty anticorrosion paint composition using the surface-modified inorganic filler for a heavy-duty anticorrosion paint. The surface-modified inorganic filler for a heavy-duty anticorrosion paint by the present invention, comprises zeolite; and flake-shaped talc, baryte, or mica onto which anticorrosive substances are adsorbed or coated. The surface of the inorganic filler using the anticorrosive substances is modified with a metal substance, so that the enhancement of anticorrosion resistance is shown.
