본 발명은 석탄폐석, 소다회, 규사, 파유리, 칼슘계 물질 및 마그네슘계 물질을 배합하여 혼합물을 만드는 원료 혼합단계; 상기 혼합물을 용융하는 용융단계; 상기 혼합물을 판형 유리로 성형하는 성형단계; 상기 판형 유리 상에 유약을 도포하는 유약 도포단계; 및 상기 판형 유리를 소성하는 소성단계를 포함하는 석탄폐석을 이용한 유리타일 제조방법을 제공한다. 이와 같이, 석탄폐석을 이용하여 유리타일을 제조함으로써, 자원을 재활용할 뿐만 아니라 종래의 유리타일 제조보다 제조공정을 간소화하고 제조비용을 절감할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing glass tiles using coal ore is provided to simplify manufacturing processes and to recycle resources by mixing coal ore, soda ash, silica, cullet, calcium-based materials, and magnesium-based materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing glass tiles using coal ore includes the following: Coal ore, soda ash, silica, cullet, calcium-based materials, and magnesium-based materials are mixed to obtain a mixture(S1). The mixture is molten and is shaped into a glass sheet(S2, S3). The glass sheet is plasticized. The coal ore is coal-preparation refuse. The melting process of the mixture is implemented at a temperature between 1300 and 1700 degrees Celsius for 0.5 to 5 hours. An annealing process is followed.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing soda lime-based glass using coal wastes is provided to produce glass-based secondary products with various colors and the superior heat resistance characteristic by mixing soda ash, calcium carbonate, magnesium sulfate, silica, and cullet into the coal wastes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing soda lime-based glass includes the following: 5 to 70 weight% of coal wastes, 5 to 30 weight% of soda ash, 5 to 20 weight% of calcium carbonate, 0 to 10 weight% of magnesium sulfate, 5 to 15 weight% of silica, and 10 to 80 weight% of cullet are mixed to obtain a mixture. The mixture is melted at temperature between 1300 and 1700 degrees Celsius for 0.5 to 5 hours. The melted mixture is molded. The molded mixture is annealed.

The present invention relates to an E-glass fiber manufacturing method using coal waste and the E-glass fiber manufactured by using same. The present invention includes 1) a step for stirring and mixing E-glass fiber raw materials; 2) a step for forming molten glass through high-temperature melting of the mixed raw materials; and 3) a step for turning the molten glass into a fiber with a fiberizing device. Sandstone-based coal waste of silica-alumina with a relatively low carbon content is used and a waste input amount is changed so that bulk glass and fiber glass with the E-glass composition can be manufactured. The present invention can make a glass fiber satisfy thermal characteristics, optical characteristics, a thermal expansion coefficient, optical transparency, tensile strength, and the like. Accordingly, a high-efficiency glass fiber material can be manufactured with high efficiency and low costs. Also, resources recycling can be improved.

본 발명은 발포 유리 패널의 제조 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 발포 유리 패널에 관한 것으로, 발포 유리 패널을 제조하기 위한 발포 과정에 있어 석탄폐석이 발포제로써 기능하도록 구성된 석탄폐석을 이용한 발포 유리 패널의 제조 방법과 이에 의해 제조된 발포 유리 패널을 제공하는 것에 목적이 있다. 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 석탄폐석을 이용한 발포 유리 패널의 제조 방법은, 유리 원료, 규조토 및 적어도 일부의 석탄폐석이 포함된 발포제 혼합물을 형성하는 단계 및 상기 혼합물을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하여 구성된다.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a foamed glass panel using coal refuse and a foamed glass panel manufactured by the method are provided to prevent environmental contamination due to coal tailing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of foamed glass panel using coal refuse comprises the following steps: forming a foaming agent which includes a glass raw material, diatomaceous earth, and part of coal tailing(S110); and heat-treating the mixture(S130). 50-100 weight percent of the coal tailing is contained in the foaming agent. The glass raw material is manufactured by using the coal tailing glass as a main component. The coal tailing glass comprises 5-70 weight% of coal tailing, 5-30 weight% of soda ash(sodium carbonate),5-20 weight% of calcium carbonate, 0-10 weight% of magnesium sulfate, 5-15 weight% of silica, and 10-80 weight% of glass frit. The coal tailing is coal-preparation refuse and the coal preparation refuse is general coal preparation pumice or shell coal preparation pumice.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of soda lime based color glass using waste coal ore and cullet and a colored glass manufactured by using thereof are provided to manufacture various colored glass products having various light transmission rates by mixing coal tailing, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium sulfate, silica, and color glass frit. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of soda lime based color glass using waste coal ore and cullet comprises next steps: mixing coal tailing, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium sulfate, silica, and color glass frit; fusing the mixed mixture; molding the fused mixture; and annealing the molded mixture. The coal tailing is coal-preparation refuse. In the mixture, the coal tailing, sodium carbonate, calcium carbonate, magnesium sulfate, silica, and glass frit are respectively contained 5-70 weight%, 5-30 weight%, 5-20 weight%, 0-10 weight%, 5-15 weight%, and 10-80 weight%.

본 발명은 석탄폐석을 이용한 소다라임계 유리의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 석탄폐석, 소다회, 탄산칼슘, 황산마그네슘, 규사, 파유리를 포함하는 혼합물을 일정비로 배합하는 단계; 배합된 혼합물을 용융하는 단계; 용융된 혼합물을 성형하는 단계; 및 성형된 혼합물을 서냉하는 단계; 를 포함하는 석탄폐석을 이용한 소다라임계 유리 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 석탄폐석을 이용하여 건축용 유리타일 및 발표유리 패널과 같은 유리 2차 응용제품을 제조할 수 있고, 탄광에서 석탄 채취시 발생되어 버려지는 석탄폐석을 이용하여 유리를 제조함으로써, 폐자원을 활용하고 환경 보호를 할 수 있다.
