Abstract: 본 발명은 면역기능 증진 활성이 있는 엔테로코커스 속 균주에 관한 것으로, 좀 더 상세하게는 면역증강 효과가 있는 엔테로코커스 sp. SF-1 K061103(기탁번호 : KCCM11225P), 이 균주의 파쇄물 및 배양물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역 증강용 식품, 약학적 조성물, 정장용, 생균제, 사료용 조성물, 발효제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바이셀라 속 균주는, 특히 파쇄물의 경우에 대식세포의 NO 생성능을 증가시켜 면역능력을 높여주고 세포 독성이 없기 때문에, 이를 이용한 면역 증강용 식품, 약학적 조성물과 정장용, 생균제, 사료용 조성물 그리고 발효제품 제조에 효과적이다.
