Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a portable dual purpose system for precooling and predrying agricultural products by controlling heating, cooling and relative humidity according to each kind of agricultural products. CONSTITUTION: In the portable dual purpose system for precooling an predrying agricultural products to maintain freshness thereof, it contains individually a precooling and predrying unit(100) and a condensing unit(200) which are connected each other by a flexible linking pipe(300). Wherein, the precooling and predrying unit(100) selectively generates cold or hot air; refrigerants circulate between the precooling and predrying unit(100) and the condensing unit(200) through the flexible linking pipe(300); and the flexible linking pipe(300) is capable of being attached to and detached from the precooling and predrying unit(100) and the condensing unit(200).

Abstract: 본 고안은 1대의 장치로 냉각능력, 가열능력 및 상대습도를 제어하여 수확된 신선 농산물의 종류에 따라 신선 농산물 층을 통과하는 유효공기의 온도 및 상대습도를 최적상태로 조절하여 신속하게 예냉 및 예건을 겸용할 수 있는 이동식 예냉예건겸용장치에 관한 것이다.
신선 농산물 중에는 수확후에 예냉하여 품온을 신속히 낮춰 호흡을 억제해야 하는 품목과, 예건하여 수확시 발생한 표면의 상처치유나 표피의 수분를 제거해야 하는 근채류와 같은 품목이 있으며, 이와 같은 예냉 및 예건은 신선 농산물의 품질유지와 저장성향상을 위해 절대적으로 필요한 전처리 공정으로 이를 위해 일부 예냉시스템과 예건시스템이 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 대부분의 농가에서는 다양한 품목의 농산물을 재배함에 따라 같은 농가에서 예냉시스템과 예건시스템을 별도로로 갖추어야 하는 문제점이 있었다. 또한, 기존의 예냉시스템과 예건시스템은 온도 및 습도조절이 어려웠고, 피냉각물의 물량변화 및 초기부하해소 등으로 냉동기의 잦은 ON/OFF가 필요하였으며, 이로 인해 냉동기 수명의 단축, 축동력의 증가 등의 문제가 있었다.
본 고안은 1대의 이동식 예냉예건겸용장치로 어떠한 예냉 및 예건조건에도 사용이 가능하도록 온도 및 상대습도를 최적의 상태로 유지하여 예냉과 예건이 필요한 모든 신선 농산물에 사용이 가능하도록 하였다. 이를 위해 압축기의 무부하전자변과 압축기에서 토출된 고온고압가스의 폐열을 이용하여 냉각능력을 0%에서100%까지 제어하고, 압축기에서 토출된 고온고압가스와 전기히터를 이용하여 가열능력을 0에서 100%까지 조절하여 최적의 온도조건으로 제어하도록 하였다. 또한, 증발기와 가열기 및 가습기를 이용하여 최적의 습도조건으로 제어하도록 하였다. 또한, 플렉시블 배관과 이동용 연결밸브 및 퍼지밸브를 이용하여 이동식으로 여러 개의 저장실에 이동하면서 사용이 가능하도록 하였다.
이로 인하여 1대의 시스템으로 농가에서 필요한 예냉 및 예건이 가능하게 되었고, 장소에 구애받지 않고 자유로이 이동 설치가 가능하여 농가 편익에 크게 기여할 수 있다.
