Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for testing the fatigue and durability of shoes is provided to test the fatigue and durability of shoes under an environment close to an actual environment by applying the actual environment to testing equipment. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing the fatigue and durability of shoes includes a chamber (10), a shaft (30), a rotating unit (40), a rear holder (50), and a water storage unit. The shaft is arranged inside the chamber and bidirectionally repeats the rotation at a preset angle preset times. The rotating unit is joined to the shaft, thereby being rotated with the shaft. The rear holder is joined to the top of the rotating unit to be slid, and a rear portion of a target shoe is arranged on the rear holder. The water storage unit is arranged on the upper side of the target shoe, thereby providing a preset amount of water to the target shoe.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pelvic limb robot for reproducing human body walking is provided to extensively apply to exercise prescription for health and footwear production by reproducing the human body with an efficient and simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A pelvic limb robot for reproducing human body walking comprises a robot casing, a dummy, a dummy support(130), an up/down driving unit(140), and a tilting driving unit(170). The up/down driving unit includes a plurality of first up/down guide units(149) and a plurality of second up/down guide units(150). A up/down guide plate is formed between a first fixing plate and a second fixing plate with the second up/down guide unit. A load cell is formed on the up/down guide plate.

Abstract: In the filtering material for collecting dust and having the structure having dust collecting resin absorbed the woven or the non-woven, the material absorbing 1~30wt% alkylphenolic resin of the woven or the non-woven comprising natural fiber or synthetic fiber is disclosed. Abstract: 본발명은비전인식기반신발마모특성평가장치를제공한다. 이와같은본 발명에따른비전인식기반신발마모특성평가장치는전후방향경사각도와좌우방향경사각도가조정될수 있는검사대상신발이속도제어및 회전이동패턴제어가가능한마찰면벨트의표면을주기적으로접촉하게되면서신발바닥면에대한마모특성평가가수행됨으로써실제의보행이시뮬레이션될수 있는한편다양한보행속도조건의구현과개인별다양한보행특성의모사가가능해져신발바닥면에대한마모특성평가가입체적이고종합적으로수행될수 있고, 마찰면벨트에접촉하는검사대상신발에현재작용되고있는접촉누름하중이로드셀에의해실시간검출되면서설정치보다접촉누름하중이커지는시점에검사대상신발이마찰면벨트로부터반복적으로상승하도록함으로써검사대상신발에균일한접촉누름하중이부여되면서마모특성평가시험의정확도와정밀도가향상될수 있으며, 비전시스템의촬영모듈에의해신발바닥면이자동으로영상촬영되면서분석이수행되도록함으로써검사요원없이도신발마모특성평가가수행될수 있는기술적특징을갖는다. 본발명에따른비전인식기반신발마모특성평가장치는설치면에배치되는베이스프레임(10)과; 베이스프레임(10)의상부면에설치되고, 검사대상신발(1)의바닥면이접촉하는마찰표면을제공하는마찰면벨트(21)가설정패턴으로회전이동하는마찰면벨트컨베이어(20)와; 베이스프레임(10) 상측으로이격된위치에수직이동가능하게배치되는수직이동체(30)와; 마찰면벨트(21)의상부표면상측에배치되고, 검사대상신발(1)이장착되며, 수직이동체(30)에고정되어수직이동체(30)와일체로수직이동하는신발장착구(40)와; 신발장착구(40)와연결되게설치되고, 신발장착구(40)에장착된검사대상신발(1)의바닥면에작용하는접촉누름하중을검출하는로드셀(50)과; 베이스프레임(10) 상측에설치되고, 마찰면벨트(21)의상부표면으로부터이격되어있는상태의검사대상신발(1)의바닥면을촬영하는촬영모듈(60)과; 마찰면벨트컨베이어(20), 수직이동체(30), 촬영모듈(60)의작동을제어하는컨트롤러(70)를포함하여, 수직이동체(30)와신발장착구(40)의주기적인상하이동에의해검사대상신발(1)이마찰면벨트(21)의상부표면에설정횟수만큼반복적으로접촉된다음, 설정높이만큼상승한검사대상신발(1)의바닥면을촬영하는과정을반복적으로수행하여검사대상신발(1)의바닥면에대한마모특성평가가수행되도록하되, 마찰면벨트(21)의상부표면에접촉한검사대상신발(1)의바닥면에작용하는접촉누름하중이설정치보다커지는시점에검사대상신발(1)이반복적으로상승되면서검사대상신발(1)에균일한접촉누름하중이반복적으로작용하도록한다.
