Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a modified biodegradable resin with improved flexibility, a method for modifying a biodegradable resin, and a biodegradable foam composition using the same. The method for modifying the biodegradable resin mixes a plasticizer and an initiator with the biodegradable resin and heats the same. To this end, the modified biodegradable resin of the present invention comprises 10 to 50 parts by weight of the plasticizer and 0.1 to 2.0 parts by weight of the initiator based on 100 parts by weight of the biodegradable resin.

본 발명은 가죽 폐기물로부터 단백질 가수 분해물을 추출한 후, 추출된 단백질 가수 분해물을 아민 화합물로 변성 개질하여 포름알데히드 제거 기능을 갖도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가죽 폐기물로부터 추출한 단백질 가수 분해물을 이용하여 포름알데히드 제거제를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 가죽 폐기물로부터 단백질 가수 분해물을 추출한 후, 추출된 단백질 가수 분해물을 아민 화합물로 변성 개질시킨 변성 단백질 가수 분해물을 가죽 가공 공정시 포름알데히드 제거제로 투입하여 가공 가죽에 함유된 포름알데히드 또는 가죽 내 잔여 포름알데히드를 제거함으로써, 새집 증후군 예방할 수 있는 제거제로 활용될 수 있으며, 특히 가죽 폐기물을 재활용함으로써 친환경 공법인 것이 장점이다
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a biodegradable foam composition. The present invention improves the crosslink density, permanent compression set and biodegradation properties of a foam by using 1,2-polybutadiene, which is a crosslink agent and exhibits high crosslink speed and crosslink efficiency on peroxides, as an additive. Additionally, the biodegradable foam composition of the present invention facilitates the appearance formation of the foam without the degradation of physical properties etc. by using the 1,2-polybutadiene as the additive when more than 20 parts by weight of a biodegradable resin based on 100 parts by weight of a polymer base material is used.

The present invention relates to a method for producing a poly(vinyl alcohol)/ethylene acrylic acid composite resin including nanoparticles and the poly(vinyl alcohol)/ethylene acrylic acid composite resin produced therefrom and, more specifically, to a method for producing a poly(vinyl alcohol)/ethylene acrylic acid composite resin including nanoparticles and the poly(vinyl alcohol)/ethylene acrylic acid composite resin produced therefrom, wherein the composite resin is produced by dispersing an ethylene acrylic acid resin in a poly(vinyl alcohol) resin and dispersing nanoparticles in the ethylene acrylic acid resin dispersed poly(vinyl alcohol) resin to have blocking properties against oxygen and moisture, thereby preventing the properties of the poly(vinyl alcohol) resin from changing influenced by the external environment, and especially improving blocking properties against moisture, that is a disadvantage of the poly(vinyl alcohol) resin. Accordingly, the resin can be widely applied in various fields.
