Abstract:
PURPOSE: A primer composition for an impact absorption rubber gel is provided to ensure excellent adhesive force without a pre-treatment process such as ultraviolet irradiation and grinding processes. CONSTITUTION: A primer composition for an impact absorption rubber gel comprises, 100.0 parts by weight of a solvent type acrylic resin compound, 3~10 parts by weight of modified polyolefin resin, 2~8 parts by weight of functional monomer, 2~15 parts by weight of modified polyol, and a solvent so that the total solid portion is 5~10 weight%.

본 발명은 합성한 용제형 아크릴 수지 화합물을 주성분으로 하고, 여기에 변성 폴리올레핀, 기능성 모노머, 변성폴리올을 사용하여 충격흡수 고무겔용 프라이머 조성물을 제조하므로써, 인체에 유해한 독성 용제인 톨루엔이 포함되어 있지 않아 저독성으로 환경 친화적이며, 특히 고무겔의 표면으로 스며나온 오일을 제거하고 처리하기 위한 자외선 조사 및 그라인딩(grinding or buffing) 공정 등의 복잡한 전처리 공정을 거치지 않고도 상기 프라이머 조성물의 처리에 따라 우수한 접착력을 나타내므로 작업 공정을 단축시켜 작업성이 매우 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 자동차, 정보 통신 휴대부품, 전기?전자 제품 등에 사용되는 비극성 소재에도 복잡한 전처리 공정없이도 접착이 원활하기 때문에 적용 가능하여 향후 그 수요가 확대될 것으로 기대된다. 충격흡수소재, 고무겔, 프라이머, 변성 폴리올레핀, 기능성 모노머, 변성폴리올

A method for preparing a one-liquid type curable polyurethane hybrid resin composition is provided to ensure excellent abrasion resistance, mechanical property and workability. A method for preparing a one-liquid type curable polyurethane hybrid resin composition comprises (S1) a step for manufacturing a polyol including at least two -OHs having the number average molecular weight of 1,000-4,000, an organic.inorganic hybrid compound having a hydroxy reaction group and an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer through the reaction of diisocyanate; (S2) a step for adding a blocking agent to the isocyanate-terminated group and blocking; and (S3) a step for injecting a hardener, plasticizer and antifoaming agent to the blocked polyurethanes hybrid resin.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing one-type polyurethane composition is provided to ensure excellent penetration in a minute mold, processability and workability thereby avoiding the generation of bubbles in the manufacture of wheels and to secure resilience and abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing one-type polyurethane composition for a highly functional inline skate comprises the steps of: preparing a polyurethane prepolymer having an isocyanate group at both ends of molecules by reacting diisocyanate with a mixture of polyol and monomer diol; adding a blocking agent to the polyurethane prepolymer; and mixing a hardener, antifoaming agent and catalyst to the blocked polyurethane resin.
