Abstract: A dual-injected back counter for a footwear is provided, which is produced through the twice injections, without any complicated processes, like cutting, grinding or polishing, and more doesn't need an adhesive application process in the future. A dual-injected back counter for a footwear, configured as a simplified structure comprises: an injected plastic plate(102), firstly injected by using a thermoplastic synthetic resin, and imparting the functions of shape maintenance and reinforcement of the footwear; and a hot-melt resin layer(104), secondly injected to both sides of the plastic plate without any separate primer processes so as to allow the latter to be adhered to the uppers of the footwear.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing an olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer is provided, to improve processibility, tensile strength, tearing strength, permanent elongation, permanent compressibility and oil resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of mixing 20-80 wt% of a crystalline polyolefin rein and 20-80 wt% of olefin-based copolymer rubber to make a blend, adding an antioxidizing agent, a filler and an oil to the blend and melt mixing the mixture to make the first-stage mixture; 0.1-5 parts by weight of acid anhydride selected from maleic anhydride and acrylic acid based on the 100 parts by weight of the blend to the first-stage mixture by using a roll mill of 20-40 deg.C, adding organic peroxides and a cross-linking auxiliary and mixing them to make the second-state mixture; and adding 0.1-5 parts by weight of dicyandiamide based on the 100 parts by weight of the olefin-based copolymer rubber to the second-stage mixture, and co-crosslinking the mixture to obtain the olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A toe cap of safety shoes and its producing method are provided, thereby producing the toe cap of safety shoes having improved anti-shock intensity. A user wearing the safety shoes feels more comfortable because the weight of the safety shoes is minimized. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the toe cap of safety shoes comprises the steps of: adding 5 to 50 part by weight of shock modifier selected from the group consisting of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, denatured polybutylene terephthalate and denatured nylon and 5 to 65 part by weight of glass fiber into 100 part by weight of the engineering plastic to produce a toe cap mixture; mounting a metal net on a mold having a toe cap shape; and injection-molding a toe cap by inserting the toe cap mixture into the mold.
