Abstract: The present invention relates to a control algorithm for a dryer using a heat pump and vacuum high-frequency, and relates to the dryer comprising a dry chamber, a microwave, a drain chamber, a vacuum chamber, and a heat pump, wherein a temperature sensor and a temperature indicated controller (TIC) are installed at the dryer, and a silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) and a controller are installed between the TIC and the temperature sensor. The control algorithm according to the present invention comprises: the TIC sets temperature inside a dry chamber into a predetermined temperature when a drying operation is performed by the actuation of the microwave installed to be connected to the dry chamber; the temperature sensor measures the predetermined temperature set by the TIC; the SCR controls wattage fed to the microwave in order to maintain the predetermined temperature set by the TIC; and a controller performs a drying operation through a control process for starting a vacuum operation inside the dry chamber and drain chamber with the actuation of the vacuum pump in order to make inside the dry chamber and drain chamber vacuous, thereby gaining effects for performing the complete drying operation and for improving the drying rate of the dryer. Abstract: 본 발명은 히트펌프와 진공고주파를 이용한 건조기의 제어시스템에 관한 것으로서, 드라이 챔버, 마이크로 웨이브, 드레인 챔버, 진공펌프 및 히트펌프로 이루어진 건조기로써, 상기 건조기에 온도센서와 온도조절기(TIC), 상기 온도조절기와 온도센서 사이에 설치된 전력량 조절기(SCR), 제어기를 설치하여, 상기 드라이 챔버와 연결되어 설치된 마이크로 웨이브가 작동하여 건조작업이 이루어지면, 상기 온도조절기(TIC)로 건조챔버 내의 온도를 설정온도로 세팅하고, 상기 온도센서로 온도조절기에 의해 세팅된 설정온도를 계측하며, 상기 전력량 조절기(SCR)로 온도조절기에 의해 세팅된 설정된 온도를 유지하도록 마이크로 웨이브에 공급되는 전력량을 조절한 후, 상기 진공펌프의 작동으로 드라이 챔버와 드레인 챔버 내의 진공작업을 시작하여 상기 드라이 챔버와 드레인 챔버 내를 진공상태로 하는 제어가 제어기를 통해 진행되어 건조작업이 이루어지며, 이와 같은 제어시스템에 의해 완전한 건조가 가능하고 건조기의 건조율을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
