Abstract: PURPOSE: Apparatus and method for producing synthesis gas by pyrolysis gasifying waste tangerine are provided to use exhaust gas discharged from a drying furnace as fluidizing gas of a gasifier for increasing the productivity of bio-oil. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for producing synthesis gas by pyrolysis gasifying waste tangerine by a drying fluidized bed method includes a rotary kiln type drier(20), a gas discharging tube(24), a gasifier(30), a cyclone(40), a heat exchanger(50), a generated gas discharge pipe(60), a fluidizing gas supply tube(70), and a steam supply pipe(80). The rotary kiln type drier includes inner and outer containers(21, 22), and dries the waste tangerine using combustion heat. The gas discharging tube discharges the combustion gas from the outer container. The gasifier includes a pyrolysis chamber, a mixing chamber and a bubble cap spreader plate. The gasifier receives waste tangerine pellets, and pyrolyzes and gasifies the pellets to obtain oil and synthesis gas. The cyclone separates the gas and solid parts from the synthesis gas. The heat exchanger separates the oil from the synthesis gas using an oil collector(51).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供通过热解气化废旧瓷器生产合成气的设备和方法，使用从干燥炉排出的废气作为气化器的流化气体，用于提高生物油的生产率。 构成：通过干燥流化床方法热解气化废弃的橘子来生产合成气的装置包括回转窑式干燥器（20），气体放电管（24），气化器（30），旋流器（40）， 热交换器（50），产生气体排出管（60），流化气供给管（70）和蒸汽供给管（80）。 回转窑式干燥机包括内部和外部容器（21,22），并且使用燃烧热来干燥废弃的橘子。 排气管从外容器排出燃烧气体。 气化器包括热解室，混合室和气泡盖扩散板。 气化炉接收废蜜丸，并热解并气化颗粒以获得油和合成气。 旋风分离器将气体和固体部分与合成气分离。 热交换器使用油收集器（51）将油与合成气分离开。

Abstract: 본 발명은 폐감귤을 이용한 합성가스 생산장치 및 생산방법에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 최대 80%의 수분을 함유하는 고수분 폐감귤을 건조하여 로터리킬른형 건조기로 건조시키면서 펠릿으로 성형하여 배출하고, 성형된 폐감귤 펠릿을 가스화기로 투입해 열분해 및 가스화가 이루어지도록 하여 오일성분과 합성가스를 수취하도록 하되, 상기 수취된 합성가스의 일부를 건조기에 투입하여 연소가스로 사용하고, 상기 건조기에서 연소된 후 배출되는 배출가스를 가스화기의 유동화가스로 사용되는 등 가스화기의 열분해챔버로 투입되는 폐감귤건조물인 펠릿의 량과, 유동화가스의 유량 및 유동화가스의 성분혼합비를 조절해 생성물의 비율을 조절할 수 있는 폐감귤을 이용한 합성가스 생산장치 및 생산방법에 관한 것이다.
