    Abstract: A device for measuring soil heat exchange effectiveness is provided to measure temperature, temperature distribution and thermal conduction rate of underground by the depth, be easy to be carried due to waterproof property and light weight, identify the operation through eyes by mounting an LED lamp inside, and transfer data directly to a computer, thereby simplifying the structure and improving the convenience of use. A soil heat exchange effectiveness testing device(10) comprises a PCB substrate(40) in which a temperature and pressure sensor(44) is mounted to measure the temperature and pressure of a fluid encapsulated into a bore hole, a microprocessor(41) mounted to one side of the PCB substrate to treat the measured data, an EEPROM(42) which is a read-only memory and allows the microprocessor to store data transferred from the temperature and pressure sensor, a main body(20) including one end of the PCB substrate and a power supply portion(43), a cover(30) covering the PCB substrate exposed from the main body and made of a transparent synthetic resin, and a connection port(47) formed at one end of the PCB substrate to directly transfer the data to a computer.
