    Abstract: PURPOSE: An absorbent for simultaneously eliminating sulfur compounds and nitrogen compounds from C4 oil in a fluidized catalytic cracking(FCC) process is provided to effectively implement sulfur compound and nitrogen compound eliminating process. CONSTITUTION: An absorbent for simultaneously eliminating sulfur compounds and nitrogen compounds from C4 oil in an FCC process includes activated charcoal and/or hydrogen or alkali earth metal substituted zeolite. Alkali metals or alkali earth metals are immersed in the activated charcoal. The content of the activated charcoal is in a range between 10 and 50 weight%, and the content of the zeolite is in a range between 50 and 90 weight% based on the total weight of the absorbent. The absorbent absorbs sulfur compounds and nitrogen compounds at room temperature and is capable of being regenerated at a temperature between 30 and 200 degrees Celsius.
