    Abstract: PURPOSE: A detachable flameless oxidation burner for industrial furnace is provided that two burners are operated to in turn, the heat of the exhaust gas is saved in the heat reservoir. The energy efficiency is improved. CONSTITUTION: A detachable flameless oxidation burner(300) for industrial furnace comprises a burner tile(308), a burner body(336), a heat storage body heat exchanger(358), a fuel nozzle pipe(326), and an igniting burner. The burner tile is installed in the industrial furnace. The burner tile has a fuel nozzle hole(314), an air nozzle hole(312), and a ignition hole. The fuel nozzle hole is formed in the central part. A plurality of air nozzle holes is formed in the fuel nozzle around hole. The fire hole is communicated to the inclined direction with the fuel nozzle hole. One end of the burner body is integrally combined with the burner tile. The transportable heat storage body heat exchanger is installed about the longitudinal direction of the burner body in a direction vertical to in the other end of the burner body. The fuel nozzle pipe is inserted through the burner body into the fuel nozzle hole. The igniting burner is inserted into ignition hole.
