    Abstract: PURPOSE: A blind window having automatic ventilation function is provided to ventilate the indoor air automatically by opening and closing a ventilation grill with self-power generation using solar light, and to minimize heat loss in a window using a blind. CONSTITUTION: A blind window(1) having automatic ventilation function contains: a main frame forming a window frame and having four ventilation grills(11,12,14) on the upper and lower parts at the indoor and outdoor sides; an outdoor window and an indoor window(30) installed to the indoor and outdoor sides of the main frame between the upper ventilation grill and the lower ventilation grill; an upper opening and closing damper(40) and a lower opening and closing damper(50) installed to be rotatable on the upper and lower parts of the main frame to open and close the upper ventilation grill and the lower ventilation grill of the main frame respectively; a blind(100) installed to be spread from the lower part of the upper opening and closing damper to the upper part of the lower opening and closing damper in the main frame; a power generation unit(60) installed to the front of the lower ventilation grill of the outdoor side to collect solar light and to produce electricity; a condenser(70) storing electricity produced by the power generation unit; and a controller(80) provided to one side of the condenser to control the operation of a blade of the ventilation grill, the upper opening and closing damper, the lower opening and closing damper, the power generation unit and the blind.
