Abstract: 본 발명은 전열교환기용 하니컴 구조체를 제조하기 위한 제조방법 및 그 제조장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의한 하니컴구조체 제조방법은, 제1소재의 양면에 흡습제를 전기방사공법에 의해 부착시킨 후에 건조시키고, 상기 건조된 제1소재를 절곡하여 편파형시트를 가공하며, 이와 더불어 제2소재의 양면에 흡습제를 전기방사공법에 의해 부착시킨 후에 건조시켜 평판시트를 가공함으로써, 상기 편파형시트 및 평판시트를 형성시키는 제1단계; 및 상기 편파형시트 및 평판시트를 접착시켜 하니컴구조체를 성형하는 제2단계로 이루어진다.

Abstract: A honeycomb structure manufacturing method for an electric heat exchanger and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to improve adsorption/desorption control capacity of moisture by manufacturing the honeycomb structure in which hygroscopic agent is coated or dipped on the surface. A honeycomb structure manufacturing method for an electric heat exchanger comprises following steps. The hygroscopic agent adheres to both sides of a first material(11a) through electro-spinning and is dried. A polarized sheet(11) is processed by folding the dried first material. A flat sheet(12) is processed by attaching the hygroscopic agent on the both side of the second material through electro-spinning. The polarized sheet and the flat sheet are formed at the same time. A honeycomb structure(10) is formed by attaching the polarized sheet and the flat sheet.
