Abstract: PURPOSE: A supercritical water gasifier for conversion of microalgae to syngas is provided to enlarge biomass resource used for energy conversion. CONSTITUTION: A supercritical water gasifier for conversion of microalgae containing moisture into syngas comprises: a microalgae storage tank(21) for storing microalage with high water content; a microalgae supply tube(22) for moving the stored microalge to a supercritical reactor; a microalgae supplier(20) having a transfer pump(23) mounted at the channel of the microalgae supply tube; a reaction tank(31) which gasifies the microalgae under a supercritical condition; a furnace(32) for heating the reactor; and a supercritical reactor(30) having a syngas discharge tube(33).

Abstract: 본 발명은 미세조류의 합성가스 전환을 위한 초임계수 가스화기 및 이를 이용한 생산 방법 에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 수분함량이 매우 높은 미세조류를 건조시켜서 함수율을 낮추고, 이를 220bar, 400℃ 이상 조건에서 운전되는 초임계수 가스화기에 공급하여 반응력 상승과 상 균일성이 이루어지도록 하는 초임계수에 의한 열분해 및 가스화 반응으로 미세조류를 에너지 이용가치가 높은 메탄, 일산화탄소로 전환시키는 초임계수 가스화장치 및 이를 이용한 합성가스 생산방법에 대한 것이다.
