Abstract: PURPOSE: An amine-zeolite complex for absorbing carbon dioxide and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the carbon dioxide absorbing capability and the structural stability of the complex based on the direct synthesizing method of an amine-based material and zeolite. CONSTITUTION: A solution containing a zeolite precursor and an amine-based material is reacted under the irradiation of microwave. A method for manufacturing an amine-zeolite complex includes the same: A solution containing a zeolite precursor is reacted under the irradiation of microwave to obtain a zeolite crystal nucleus. A solution containing the zeolite crystal nucleus is added into an amine-based material containing solution, and microwave is irradiated to form an amine-zeolite complex. The amine-based material is encapsulated in zeolite.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a zeolite-carbon nitride composite. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a zeolite-carbon nitride composite, to a composite manufactured by the method and to a method for using the composite as a carbon dioxide (CO_2) adsorbent, wherein the manufacturing method of the zeolite-carbon nitride composite comprises the steps of putting zeolite into an aqueous solution of an amine compound, agitating the zeolite and the aqueous solution, and removing water, followed by performing a drying process to obtain a zeolite-amine compound carrier where the zeolite is impregnated with the amine compound; and sintering the zeolite-amine compound carrier at a temperature higher than the sublimation point of the amine compound under a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain the zeolite-carbon nitride composite.
