Abstract: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a coal-water mixing fuel and, more specifically, a manufacturing method of a coal-water mixing fuel using modified coals which prevent moisture from being absorbed again while increasing heating value by using solid palm oil residues at room temperature. In the present invention, a coal-water mixing fuel is manufactured in which a solvent oil is not necessary; coals in low level are modified by coating palm oil residues on crushed coal particles; and the modified coal go through a fine crushing process. The manufacturing method of the coal-water mixing fuel using coals modified by using palm oil residues is allowed to manufacture a coal-water mixing fuel with high solid contents by enabling the palm oil residues to prevent moisture from adsorbing after removing moisture of high moisture coals in the low level.
