Abstract: 본 발명은, 물을 함유하는 과산화수소에서 공비제를 이용하여 물을 제거함으로서 고농도의 과산화수소를 제조하기 위한 공비제를 이용한 과산화수소 농축 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 공비제를 이용한 과산화수소 농축 방법은, 재비기, 칼럼 및 응축기로 이루어지는 계통 내에 진공을 생성하는 단계; 상기 재비기에 내장되고 물을 함유하는 과산화수소에 열을 가하여 기화시키는 단계; 비점의 차이에 의해 상기 칼럼의 하단에 과산화수소가 응축되고 상기 칼럼의 상단에 물이 응축된 상태에서 상기 물에 공비제를 혼합하여 상기 물과 공비제의 혼합물을 증발시키는 단계; 및 상기 물과 공비제의 혼합물을 상기 응축기에서 응축하여 공비제를 회수하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 진공은 상기 물과 공비제의 혼합에 의한 온도에서 공비점에 도달할 수 있는 압력으로 설정된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydrogen peroxide concentration method and an apparatus using an azeotrope agent are provided to perform a concentration process of hydrogen peroxide stably and cost-efficiently as a driving temperature of the process can be maintained low by using the azeotrope agent. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen peroxide concentration method using an azeotrope agent comprises steps of: supplying an azeotrope agent that forms un-uniform azeotropic temperature with water about hydrogen peroxide containing water(S10), evaporating water and the azeotrope agent by heating to the azeotropic temperature(S20), collecting the azotrope agent by condensing the evaporated water and the azotrope agent(S30), and re-supplying the collected azeotrope agent to hydrogen peroxide containing water(S40). The azeotrope agent is at least one selected from the group consisting of normal hexane, cyclohexane, benzene, toluene, and xylenes.
