Abstract: 본발명은폐지로부터에탄올을생산하는유가식동시당화발효에서헬리컬리본을이용하여에탄올의생산성을향상시키는것에관한것으로, 더상세하게는유가식동시당화발효에서폐지슬러리의간헐적첨가시발생하는배양액의혼합곤란문제를고점도반응액의혼합에이용되는헬리컬리본교반기를이용해해결하여단위효소당투입기질양을높이고에탄올생산농도를증가시킬수 있는방법에관한것이다. 고급사무용지에비해셀룰로오스함량이낮은폐신문지를잘게잘라얻어진폐신문지또는폐지의재생공정에서이용되는해리기에서물리적으로전처리된폐신문지슬러리를이용해이를 18%이상의고농도로첨가하는유가식동시당화발효에서발생되는혼합문제를해결하고에탄올생산농도를높일수 있는고농도폐지슬러리로부터헬리컬리본교반기를이용한동시당화발효방법을제공함을목적으로한다. 상기목적달성을위한본 발명은섬유소자원을해리기를이용하여해리된기질을준비하는전처리단계와, 상기전처리한섬유소자원을 pH 4.8로조절된시트레이트버퍼(citrate buffer)용액에옥수수아황산침지액(Corn steep liquor)을 2% 첨가한배지에 30 FPU/g의셀룰라제(cellulase)와 13.3 IU/g의베타-글루코시다제(-glucosidase)와함께초기와발효과정중 간헐적으로첨가하면서헬리컬리본교반기를이용하여교반하면서발효를시행하는동시당화발효단계로이루어진것을특징으로한다. 또한, 상기전처리단계에서섬유소자원을이용하여고농도의기질을만들기위해헬리컬리본교반기형의해리기를사용하는것을그 기술적요지로한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for fermenting paper slurry using a helical ribbon agitator to increase the productivity of alcohol. CONSTITUTION: The method for fermenting paper slurry is characterized by the following steps of: i) obtaining dissociated paper which contains 57% cellulose by adding used paper and 2L of distilled water into a disintegrator and centrifuging the paper at 1000rpm for 15 minutes; ii) adding the dissociated paper, medium containing 2% of corn steep liquor, 30FPU/g of cellulase, and 13.3 IU/g of beta-glucosidase to citrate buffer of pH 4.8 during an early stage of fermentation intermittently; and iii) agitating the mixture by a helical ribbon agitator.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供使用螺旋状带状搅拌器发酵纸浆以提高酒精生产率的方法。 构成:纸浆发酵方法的特征在于:i)通过将二手纸和2L蒸馏水加入粉碎机中并以1000rpm离心15分钟,得到含有57%纤维素的解离纸; ii)在间歇发酵的早期阶段,将离解纸,含有2%玉米浆的培养基,30FPU / g纤维素酶和13.3IU /gβ-葡糖苷酶加入到pH4.8的柠檬酸盐缓冲液中; 和iii)通过螺旋带式搅拌器搅拌该混合物。
