Abstract: A property estimating apparatus for measuring length, resistance, differential pressure, and so on due to the pressure of a gas diffusion layer used in the fuel battery resistance is provided to measure changed flow in a gas diffusion layer by accurately measuring property value. A property estimating apparatus is composed of a motor(2) and a rod(11) adding pressure to a gas diffusion layer specimen, a plate(6) pressurizing the top of an upper planted plate(5), the upper plated plate pressurizing the gas diffusion layer specimen, a lower planted plate(4) supporting the pressure applied to the gas diffusion layer specimen, a mili-ohm meter(7) measuring resistance, and a control box(1) having a differential pressure measuring system.
