Abstract: 복합발전 시스템에서 전압 제어 장치 및 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 전압 제어 장치는 부하 또는 계통에 공급할 전력을 생성하는 풍력 발전기와 디젤 발전기와, 풍력 발전기 또는 디젤 발전기가 생성하는 전력을 저장하는 에너지 저장부와, 풍력 발전기의 출력 상태에 따라 디젤 발전기의 무효 전력을 제어하여 디젤 발전기에서 생성된 무효 전력을 에너지 저장부에 저장시키고, 부하 또는 계통의 연계점에서 측정된 전압이 허용 범위보다 낮아지는 경우에 에너지 저장부에 저장된 무효 전력이 부하 또는 계통에 공급되도록 하는 제어부로 구성된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 풍력 발전기와 디젤 발전기의 복합발전 시스템에서 디젤 발전기의 무효 전력을 이용하여 계통 연계점의 전압 제어를 수행함으로써 안정한 계통운영이 가능하게 해 준다.

Abstract: Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for controlling voltage in a combined generation system. A voltage control apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a wind power generator and a diesel generator for generating power to be supplied to systems or loads; an energy storage for storing the power generated by the wind power generator or the diesel generator; and a controller which stores the reactive power, generated in the diesel generator, in the energy storage by controlling the reactive power of the diesel generator according to the output state of the wind power generator, and performs a control operation so that the reactive power, stored in the energy storage, can be supplied to the systems or the loads when voltage measured at a connection point between the systems and the loads is lower than tolerance. According to the present invention, by performing the voltage control at the system connection point by using the reactive power of the diesel generator in the combined generation system of the wind power and diesel generators, a stable system operation can be possible.
