    Abstract: 본발명은전처리한재생종이를원료물질로사용하여대체에너지로서의연료용에탄올을제조하는방법에관한것이다. 이를위해서본 발명에서는유전공학적기법으로개발한섬유소가수분해능을갖는재조합효모를사용하였고, 회분식및 유가식배양을통한재조합섬유소가수분해효소축적공정과기질인전처리된재생종이의투여를통한동시당화발효공정등의 2단계공정을개발하여사용함으로써기존의일반적인동시당화발효공정에비해상용효소량의절감효과와더불어비교적낮은온도인 30 ℃에서조업함으로써저에너지비용등을통한전체공정의비용절감및 높은생산성을갖는연료용에탄올제조방법을제공함을그 목적으로한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing fuel ethanol from recycled papers using recombinant yeasts capable of hydrolyzing cellulose, thereby the fuel ethanol having high productivity can be produced under low temperature with low costs. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing fuel ethanol comprises the steps of: (1) dissolving the cellulose into distilled water, adding 1% sulfuric acid solution and treating the mixture at 121 deg. C and 15 psig for 30 minutes; (2) washing the cellulose with distilled water to reach up to pH 4 to 5, removing water from the cellulose with a filter, and drying the cellulose at 60 deg. C; (3) fed-batch incubating yeasts in a medium containing glucose; (4) adding conventional enzyme into the fermented culture of yeasts; and (5) adding 10 g/l of the cellulose into the fermented culture to saccharify the cellulose.

    Abstract translation: 目的:提供使用能够水解纤维素的重组酵母从再生纸生产燃料乙醇的方法,从而可以低成本地生产低生产率的燃料乙醇。 构成:生产燃料乙醇的方法包括以下步骤:(1)将纤维素溶解在蒸馏水中,加入1%硫酸溶液,并在121℃处理混合物。 C和15 psig 30分钟; (2)用蒸馏水洗涤纤维素达到pH4〜5,用过滤器从纤维素中除去水分,并在60℃干燥纤维素。 C; (3)补料分批在含有葡萄糖的培养基中培养酵母; (4)将常规酶添加到酵母发酵培养物中; 和(5)将10g / l的纤维素加入到发酵培养物中以使纤维素糖化。
