Abstract: PURPOSE: A heat emitting cement mortar or concrete composition, a heating element and its preparation method are provided, to obtain a cement heating element having a suitable electrical resistance without using expensive carbon fiber or a large amount of graphite as a conducting material and a water-reducing agent. CONSTITUTION: The heat emitting cement mortar or concrete composition comprises the powder comprising 100 parts by weight of Portland cement and 35-90 parts by weight of crystalline graphite; and 10-35 wt% of water based on the total weight of the powder. Preferably the graphite is amorphous graphite, has a particle size of 0.5 mm or less and/or has a purity of 70-90%. The heating element is prepared by pressure compression molding the composition with a pressure 10-80 kg/cm2 or vibration compression molding the composition with a frequency of 10-30 Hz and a pressure of 5-10 kg/cm2.

Abstract: 본 발명은 수경성 시멘트 100중량부와 흑연 35-90중량부를 함유하는 원료 분말에, 이 원료 분말의 총 중량에 대해 물 10-35중량%를 첨가하는 것으로 이루어진 압축 또는 압출 성형용의 발열성 시멘트 모르타르 또는 콘크리트 조성물 및 이 조성물을 가압 압축 성형, 진동 압축 성형 또는 압출 성형시켜 시멘트 발열체를 제조하는 방법, 그리고 이 방법에 의해 제조된 시멘트 발열체에 관한 것이다.
