    Abstract: 본발명은 Mg(OH)를이용한습식탈황공정에서 SO이온농도제어방법에관한것으로, 그목적은고가의계측장비없이강산화제인과산화수소수를이용하여 HSO의완전산화를이루고, 빠른분석으로 SO이온양에대한정보를파악한후, 같은 pH값에서 HSO와 SO이온이일정비로존재한다는사실을이용하여 HSO의산화에따른 pH 감소로부터역산하여 HSO의농도를구하고또한 HSO/SO비로부터 SO이온의농도를구하는기술을제공하는것이다. 본발명은 Mg(OH)를이용하는습식배연탈황공정에있어서, 반응용액을채취하여 pH를측정하고강산화제를투입하여 HSO이온을완전산화시킨후 떨어진 pH를측정하여산화전의 HSO이온농도를계산하는단계와; 계산된 HSO이온농도와일정 pH에서 HSO이온과 SO이온농도비가일정하다는조건으로부터 SO이온농도를계산하는단계를거쳐 SO이온농도를구하는방법을그 요지로한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Disclosed is a control method of SO3- ion concentration for a wet desulfurization process using Mg(OH)2. CONSTITUTION: The concentration measurement of SO3 ion makes use of the principle that HSO3- ion and SO3- ion are presented in the constant equilibrium ratio under the constant pH and the reduction value of pH of HSO3- by the oxidation is solved the concentration of SO3 ion. The present invention uses hydrogen peroxide as the oxidant of HSO3-. The pH of probed reaction solution from the process is measured and HSO3- ion is completely oxidized by addition of a strong oxidant. And after measurement of pH, the ion concentration of HSO3- before oxidation is calculated.

    Abstract translation: 目的:公开了使用Mg(OH)2的湿法脱硫工艺中SO3-离子浓度的控制方法。 构成:SO3离子的浓度测量采用HSO3-离子和SO3-离子在恒定pH下以恒定平衡比表现的原理,通过氧化解决了HSO3-的pH值的降低值,解决了SO3的浓度 离子。 本发明使用过氧化氢作为HSO 3 - 的氧化剂。 测定该方法的探针反应溶液的pH,并通过加入强氧化剂将HSO3-离子完全氧化。 测定pH后,计算氧化前的HSO3-离子浓度。
