    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of construction materials having moisture-proofness and absorption, and sound absorption by replacing a part of cement with fine zeolite powder. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of construction materials, cement mortar for interior panels, comprises the steps of: (S100,S200) preparing 100pts.wt. of cement mixture by mixing 70-90pts.wt. of cement as a hydraulic hardener and 10-30pts.wt. of natural zeolite with a size of 100-400micrometer; (S300) mixing with 200-250pts.wt.(based on 100pts.wt. of cement mixture) of sand; (S400) adding 40-50pts.wt.(based on cement) of water; (S500) adding 80-120pts.wt.(based on zeolite) of water for increase of mixing efficiency, wherein the amount of water corresponds to the weight of added zeolite; adding 0.1-1.0 pts.wt.(based on 100pts.wt. of cement) of inorganic mineral fiber, sepiolite; and (S700) curing.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A remote supervision and control method of a multiple solar photovoltaic power generation system are provided to allow a central main computer to supervise and control solar photovoltaic power generation systems in each region. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of solar photovoltaic power generation systems are connected by all-purpose communication lines to organize a network. A driving state of each generation system is supervised by a central control system of a remote region therefrom. A variety of data are collected and treated from each of the generation systems to display the data in a display device of the central control computer system. Thereby, a judgment ground for optimally controlling a solar photovoltaic power generation system is secured to perform remote control of the system depending upon it.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A mesoporous zeolite honeycomb monolith of the present invention can be effectively used to catalytic elimination of macromolecular organic materials such as dioxin and furan, because it has relatively large pore size of 20 to 100Å and specific surface area higher than 1000m¬2/g, leading to an increased adsorption rate to macromolecular organic materials. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing a mesoporous zeolite honeycomb monolith includes: (i) homogeneous mixing of 60-90wt.% mesoporous zeolite with 9-35wt.% solid inorganic binder; (ii) adding 1-5wt.% of liquid inorganic binder such as alumina sol or silica to prepare a 100wt.% of mixed solution; (iii) adding 2-10wt.% of an organic binder, 1-8wt.% of a plasticizer, 0.3-5wt.% of a lubricant, and 50-200wt.% of water, based on the weight of the mixed solution; (iv) aging the prepared mixture at an ambient temperature for about 1 day; (v) shaping the aged mixture into a honeycomb monolith followed by drying; (vi) baking the honeycomb monolith in the temperature range of 650 to 800deg.C for 4-6hrs.
