Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing high concentration ethanol from wood-saccharified solution by using pasteurization. Thereby ethanol can be produced in high concentration and productivity. CONSTITUTION: High concentration ethanol is manufactured from wood biomass using pasteurization followed by fermentation. Its production method comprises the steps of: pretreating and saccharifying wood biomass containing waste-woods and organic wastes; pasteurizing the wood-saccharified solution to remove toxic materials therefrom, wherein the saccharified solution is sterilized by heating at low temperature of 60 to 70 deg. C for 30 to 120 minutes; and inoculating Saccharomyces cerevisae into the saccharified solution then followed by batch-fermenting or continuous-fermenting it.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供通过巴氏杀菌从木糖化溶液中生产高浓度乙醇的方法。 由此可以高浓度和高生产率制备乙醇。 构成:高浓度乙醇由木材生物质采用巴氏灭菌发酵生产。 其生产方法包括以下步骤:预处理和糖化包含废木材和有机废物的木材生物质; 将木糖化溶液巴氏消毒以除去其中的有毒物质,其中糖化溶液通过在60至70℃的低温加热而灭菌。 C为30〜120分钟; 并将酿酒酵母接种到糖化溶液中,然后分批发酵或连续发酵。

Abstract: 본발명은저온멸균법을이용한목질계당화액으로부터고농도에탄올제조방법에관한것으로, 그목적은목질계바이오매스로부터에탄올을생산하는데있어서기존공정에서사용하는고온멸균대신에, 저온멸균법을이용하여일반적인방법에의해생산가능한에탄올농도이상을얻을뿐만아니라생산성이높은회분식및 연속식목질계에탄올생산공정을제공하는데있다. 본발명의제공에의하여에탄올을고농도, 고생산성으로생산할수 있어에탄올생산전체공정중 발효및 정제에소요되는비용을낮출수 있는데, 본발명의회분식및 연속식발효에의하면, 에탄올농도와생산성이각각 67 g/L, 1.0 g/L/h 와, 76.9 g/L, 16.9 g/L/h를달성할수 있었다. 본방법은전세계적으로풍부하게있고환경측면에서도중요한자원인목재, 도시유기성폐기물등 목질계바이오매스를이용하여환경친화적인생물학적방법을통하여높은농도및 생산성으로에탄올을생산할수 있기때문에환경및 경제적측면에서장점을갖는공정이다.
