Abstract: PURPOSE: A gas distribution plate of a fluidized bed reactor is provided to reduce the amount of a losing pressure by increasing a spray pressure using a mesh network in between an upper plate and the lower plate. CONSTITUTION: A gas distribution plate of a fluidized bed reactor(10) divides the inside of the fluidized bed reactor into an upper pulverized body flow chamber and an lower gas inflow chamber. The gas distribution plate of the fluidized bed reactor includes a mesh(30). The main body board of the gas distribution plate includes multiple jet holes. The through-holes of the mesh are smaller than the diameter of a pulverized body. The gas distribution plate of the fluidized bed reactor prevents the pulverized body from flowing in the gas inflow chamber.

Abstract: 본 발명은 매체 순환식 연소기 및 이를 이용한 매체 순환식 연소 방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 산화 반응기 및 환원 반응기를 포함하는 매체 순환식 연소기에 있어서, 상기 환원 반응기의 하부에 위치한 하부 연료 주입구; 및 상기 환원 반응기의 일 측면에 위치한 연료 기체를 주입할 수 있는 다단의 측면 기체 주입구를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매체 순환식 연소기 및 이를 이용한 매체 순환식 연소 방법을 제공한다.
본 발명은 환원 반응기에 유입되는 연료를 하부 연료 주입구와 측면 기체 주입구로 분산하여 유입시킴으로써 환원 반응기의 상부에서의 반응 속도가 감소되지 않게 하여 반응 효율을 증가시키며 이로 인해 불완전 연소 생성물인 CO의 발생량을 줄일 수 있다.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus are provided to circulate solids, control the solid circulating speed easily, reduce the leakage of gas, reduce the process volume while simplifying the entire process, and increase the residence time of the gas without requiring gas and flow control equipment between two fluidized-bed reactors. As a fluidized-bed reaction apparatus for circulating solids from one fluidized-bed reactor to the other fluidized-bed reactor between two or more fluidized-bed reactors applied to a fluidized-bed process of two columns or more comprising a carbon dioxide absorbing and regenerating process, an oxidation-reduction process of a chemical-looping combustor, sorption enhanced steam methane reforming of natural gas, or chemical-looping hydrogen generation process, the fluidized-bed reaction apparatus comprises: fluidized-bed reactors(21,22) in which incoming reaction gases(27,29) and solids are reacted with each other; solid ascension pipes(24a,24b) installed on top parts of the fluidized-bed reactors to ascend solids from the fluidized-bed reactors at a flow rate higher than a terminal velocity of the solids; solid spray nozzles(23a,23b) which are penetrated into the fluidized-bed reactors and extend to the solid ascension pipes in parallel to vertical axes of the fluidized-bed reactors, and which have solid inflow holes(31) formed therein at the location within the fluidized-bed reactors; cyclones(25a,25b) which separate solids and gases from the solid ascension pipes, and on which gas and solid outlets are formed; and solid circulation pipes(26a,26b) for recirculating solids from the cyclone into the fluidized-bed reactors.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A CLC(Chemical-Looping Combustor) and a chemical-looping combustion method using the same are provided to improve the reaction efficiency by distributing the fuel, which is injected into a reduction reactor, to a lower fuel inlet and side gas inlets. CONSTITUTION: A CLC(100) comprises an oxidation reactor(110), a reduction reactor(120), a lower fuel inlet(121), and one or more side gas inlets(123,124). The lower fuel inlet is located in the lower part of the reduction reactor. The side gas inlets are located on one side of the reduction reactor.
