Abstract: PURPOSE: A pre-insulated pipe for a variable flow rate district heating system against seasonally varied heat loads is provided to integrate a heating water pipe and a hot water supply pipe and to reduce construction and maintenance costs by installing only the integrated pipe and a return pipe. CONSTITUTION: A pre-insulated pipe for a variable flow rate district heating system against seasonally varied heat loads comprises a main integrated heat exchanger (10), a main integrated supply pipe (20), a main integrated return pipe (30), a hot water heat exchanger (60), and a cold and hot water piping system. The main integrated heat exchanger produces high-temperature heating water supplied to each household or each floor by heat-exchanging with a heat source produced by a heat production facility (H). The main integrated supply pipe is connected to the main integrated heat exchanger and is formed of the pre-insulated pipe to supply the high-temperature heating water heat-exchanged by the main integrated heat exchanger. The main integrated return pipe is connected to the main integrated heat exchanger and is formed of the pre-insulated pipe to return the used heating water. The hot water heat exchanger is installed in each household or each floor and is branched to the main integrated supply pipe and the main integrated return pipe. The hot water heat exchanger heat-exchanges the heating water supplied from the main integrated heat exchanger and potable water supplied by a potable water pipe (100) to supply hot water and discharges the heating water heat-exchanged with the potable water to the main integrated return pipe.
