Abstract: Adsorbent regeneration equipment and an adsorbent regeneration method are provided to carry out the adsorbent regeneration process consecutively without discontinuation by simultaneously regenerating adsorbents mounted on several adsorbent regeneration equipment and maintaining the concentration of final adsorbed gas constantly and consistently. Adsorbent regeneration equipment(10) comprises: a regeneration chamber(20) of which a top face is formed of an opening/closing cover(24) to install an adsorbent(1) in the regeneration chamber, which has an inlet(21) formed on a lower portion of one side thereof to flow high temperature gas in the regeneration chamber through an inflow pipe(50) communicated with the inlet, which has an outlet(22) formed on an upper portion of the one side thereof to exhaust adsorption gas to the outside through an exhaust pipe(70) communicated with the outlet, and which has a connection port(23) formed on an upper portion of the other side thereof to deliver the adsorption gas to other adsorbent regeneration equipment through a connecting pip(60) communicated with the connecting port; an adsorbent cartridge(30) in which an adsorbent is filled, which is mounted on an inner part of the regeneration chamber, and which has penetration holes formed in top and bottom faces thereof to pass the high temperature gas through the penetration holes; and an inflow gas channel(26) which is formed in a lower part within the regeneration chamber by a partition(28) such that one end part of the adsorbent cartridge is connected to the inlet of the regeneration chamber.

Abstract: 본 발명은 휘발성유기화합물 및 악취물질을 제거하기 위해 사용되는 흡착제를 재사용하기 위한 흡착제 재생장치 및 재생방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고온의 기체를 이용하여 흡착제를 재생할 수 있는 흡착제 재생장치와 이러한 흡착제 재생장치이 다수개로 형성되어 연속적으로 연결하고, 상기 다수개의 흡착제 재생장치에 동일한 유량의 고온 기체를 이용하여 각각의 흡착제 재생장치에 있는 흡착제가 동시에 재생될 수 있는 방식의 흡착제 재생장치 및 재생방법에 관한 것이다.
이와 같이, 본 발명은 휘발성유기화합물 및 악취물질 등과 같은 흡착질이 흡착된 흡착제를 재사용하기 위해 흡착제를 재생시키는 흡착제 재생장치에 있어서,
상기 흡착제가 내부에 설치되도록 상부면이 개폐용 덮개로 형성되고, 상기 흡착제의 흡착질을 탈착하기 위한 고온기체가 유입되도록 유입관과 연통된 유입구가 일단면에 형성되고, 상기 고온기체에 의해 흡착제의 흡착질이 탈착되어 포함된 탈착기체가 외부로 배출되도록 배출관과 연통된 배출구가 일단면에 형성되고, 상기 흡착제를 통과한 탈착기체를 다른 흡착제 재생장치에 전달하도록 연결관과 연통된 연결구가 일단면에 형성되는 재생실과;
상기 흡착제가 내부에 채워져 재생실의 내부에 장착되고, 상기 고온기체가 상,하부면으로 통과되도록 관통홀이 형성되는 흡착제 카트리지와;
상기 흡착제 카트리지의 일단부와 재생실의 유입구가 연결되도록 칸막이로 형성되는 유입기체유로를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
