Abstract: 본발명은알루미늄이소프로폭사이드를이용한유리타일제조방법및 그방법으로제조된유리타일에관한것으로, 더상세하게는알루미늄이소프로폭사이드로제조된알루미나졸을이용하여펄을첨가한중도코팅액과다양한색상을제공할수 있는상도코팅액을각각제조하고, 상기제조된중도코팅액과상도코팅액을유리타일의일면에순차적으로도장하고, 이를소성하여천연재료인펄의질감과금속질감을동시에연출할수 있도록한 것이다. 또한, 유리타일의후면에는 PU를발포시켜충격하중에대한완충이이루어지도록하는유리타일제조방법및 그방법으로제조된유리타일에관한것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a glass tile using aluminum isopropoxide is provided to obtain metallic or pearl texture and fancy color to the glass tile. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a glass tile using aluminum isopropoxide comprises: a step of synthesizing aluminum isopropoxide(S1); a step of preparing alumina sol(S2) from aluminum isopropoxide; a step of mixing the alumina sol with silane to obtain a mid-coating liquid(S3); a step of combining thermal resistant silicone resin to the alumina sol to obtain a transparent liquid for top-coating; and a step of mixing the transparent liquid for top-coating with TiO_2 powder, SiO_2 powder, ZrO_2 powder, insuladd powder and pigment to obtain a top-coating liquid.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用异丙醇铝制造玻璃砖的方法，以获得金属或珍珠质地和花色的玻璃砖。 构成：使用异丙醇铝制造玻璃砖的方法包括：合成异丙醇铝（S1）的步骤; 从异丙醇铝制备氧化铝溶胶（S2）的步骤; 将氧化铝溶胶与硅烷混合以获得中间涂布液体的步骤（S3）; 将耐热硅树脂与氧化铝溶胶结合以获得用于顶涂的透明液体的步骤; 以及将TiO_2粉末，SiO 2粉末，ZrO 2粉末，绝缘粉末和颜料的顶涂层用透明液体混合，得到顶涂液。
