Abstract: 본 발명은 에너지산업공정이나 석탄가스화공정에서 발생하는 황화수소의 흡수속도 및 흡수능을 개선시키는 흡수제를 제공한다. 본 발명의 흡수제는 제 3급 알카놀아민, 반응활성화제 및 수분으로 구성된다.
본 발명에 따른 황화수소 흡수성능을 개선시키는 흡수제는 황화수소의 흡수속도를 촉진시키고, 흡수율을 높이는 등 흡수성능을 향상시킬 수 있어, 적은 양의 흡수제를 사용하여 흡수효과를 높일 수 있어 비용면에서도 경쟁력이 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: An absorber for improving the absorbing speed and the absorption power of hydrogen sulfide is provided to improve the absorbing effect of the absorber based on few amount of the absorber. CONSTITUTION: An absorber for improving the absorbing speed and the absorption power of hydrogen sulfide includes a mixed aqueous solution composed of tertiary alkanolamine, reaction activator, and moisture. The content of the tertiary alkanolamine is between 10 and 20wt%. The content of the reaction activator is between 5 and 10wt%. Remaining content of the mixed aqueous solution is the moisture. The tertiary alkanolamine includes one or more selected from methyldiethanolamine, triethanolamine, dimethylethanolamine, diethylethanolamine, and methyldiisopropanolamine. The reaction activator includes one or more selected from hexamethylenediamine, ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine, and tetraethylenepentamine.
