Abstract: PURPOSE: Mesoporous silica materials and a method for preparing the same are provided to facilitate reactivity of the materials by diffusing substrates of enzyme reaction and products freely, and to support enzymes. CONSTITUTION: Mesoporous silica materials has the small pores of 1 ~ 4nm and the big pores of 15 ~ 40nm. The supporting amount of lipase PS is 30~110mg/g. A manufacturing method of the mesoporous silica materials includes the following steps of: producing a surfactant solution by dissolving the surfactant in a hydrophilic solvent; collecting reaction products by cooling and filtering the surfactant solution in which a silica precursor is injected; drying and washing the reaction products; and sintering the dried reaction products.
