Abstract: 본 발명은 가축 매몰지 침출수 유출 판별 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 총 유기 탄소의 농도에 대한 가축 사체 유래 물질의 농도의 비율을 산출하여 토양 지하수에 가축 매몰지 침출수가 유출되었는 지 여부를 판단하고, 또한 토양 지하수의 오염원 판단하며, 시간별 총 유기 탄소의 농도에 대한 가축 사체 유래 물질의 농도의 비율을 산출하여 가축 매몰지의 안정화 여부를 판단하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 가축 매몰지 침출수 유출 판별 방법은 가축 사체 유래 물질인 단백질, 아민류, 펩티드, 아미노산, 암모니아 등을 직접적으로 측정하여 축 사체 매몰지에서 토양 지하수의 오염원을 판단하고, 침출수가 유출되었는지 여부를 신속하고 직접적으로 판별할 수 있고, 가축 매몰지 안정화에 대한 지표로 사용할 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for determining leachat leakage at burial ground for livestock is provided to directly measure proteins, amines, peptides, amino acids, and ammonia and to quickly determine the leakage of the leachat. CONSTITUTION: A method for determining leachat leakage at burial ground for livestock to groundwater comprises: a step of measuring the concentration of livestock-derived materials from the groundwater; a step of measuring the concentration of total organic carbon; a step of calculating the concentration ratio of dead livestock-derived materials and total organic carbon; and a step of comparing the concentration ratio of the dead livestock-derived material with respect to the total organic carbon concentration with the concentration ratio of the dead livestock-derived materials with respect to the total organic carbon concentration of the leachat.
