The guide unit for the apparatus of detecting a liquid metal leakage includes a body part; a guide hall formed through the body part and in which a sensing line is inserted; and a protruded part protruded a fixed height on the both sides forming the guide hole in the body part.

PURPOSE: A fluid flow monitoring device for temperature changes in and a method thereof is provided to improve workability and safety during the operation of a heat exchange system by confirming the presence of fluid in a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A fluid flow monitoring device includes a temperature sensor(111) and a controller(113). The temperature sensor adheres to the pipe in the heat exchanger system(100) to measure the temperature of the pipe(21,22,23,24,25,26,29,30,31,32). The controller capable depending on the measured temperature changes judges the presence of fluid inside the pipe in case that the temperature change is over the preset threshold by reacting to predetermined time period. An apparatus for producing steam is provided to control the quality of the steam by controlling the temperature and the pressure of the steam arbitrarily. A supply tank(110) stores the object liquid. A heating tank(120) is connected to the supply tank and receives and stores the object liquid. A heating heater(130) heats the object liquid stored in the heating tank and generates the steam. An air supply unit(140) supplies the cycling gas to the supply tank and forcedly circulates the object liquid to the heating tank. A discharge pipe(150) discharges at least one of the steam and the object liquid existing inside the heating tank. A connecting pipe(160) connects the supply tank.

A method and system of earlier leak detection in nuclear reactor system using a metal and a molten salt by using chemical concentration monitoring is provided to prevent a pause accident of a nuclear reactor by monitoring a cracking about a heat pipe of a heat exchanger or a steam generator. A method and system of earlier leak detection in nuclear reactor system using a metal and a molten salt by using chemical concentration monitoring comprises the following steps: a step for measuring a conductivity about a first path outlet and a second path outlet of heat relation apparatus which is included inside the nuclear reactor system using a liquid metal and a molten salt(601); a step for producing an identification value related with a water leak at the heat relation apparatus using a measured conductivity(603); and a step for monitoring the water leak by comparing a calculated identification value with a chosen standard value(604).

A liquid metal level indicator can provide more exact level value and improve convenience and accuracy of the level administration and observation through the percentage display function and alarming function using LED and buzzer. A liquid metal level indicator includes a level measuring section(1), and a level indicating section showing the liquid metal level at the remote site connected with the level measuring section through a circuit. The level indicating section comprises a self-power supply unit, a field indication and signal transmission unit, a level percentage display unit, and an alarming unit for informing reaching to the designated level.
