Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydrogel for wound dressings and a preparation method thereof are provided to be applied to the skin regeneration treatment. CONSTITUTION: A preparation method of a hydrogel for wound dressings comprises: a step of manufacturing an aqueous solution by mixing a biocompatible polymer, a polyhydric alcohol, and beta-glucan; a step of molding the manufactured aqueous solution in a gel state sheet form; a step of packing the manufactured sheet; and a step of radiating radiation to the packed sheet. The content of the biocompatible polymer is 1-50 weight%. The content of the polyhydric alcohol is 1-20 weight%. The content of beta-glucan is 1-10 weight%.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供用于伤口敷料的水凝胶及其制备方法，用于皮肤再生处理。 构成：用于伤口敷料的水凝胶的制备方法包括：通过混合生物相容性聚合物，多元醇和β-葡聚糖来制备水溶液的步骤; 将所制造的水溶液成型为凝胶态片的形式的步骤; 包装制成片材的步骤; 以及向包装的片材辐射辐射的步骤。 生物相容性聚合物的含量为1-50重量％。 多元醇的含量为1-20重量％。 β-葡聚糖含量为1-10％（重量）。

Abstract: 본 발명은 베타글루칸을 함유한 상처치료용 수화겔 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 생체적합성 고분자, 다가알코올 및 베타글루칸을 포함하여 구성되는 상처치료용 수화겔 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 수화겔은 화상 등의 상처 치료용으로 사용하기 위한 기본 특성, 즉 체액 흡수, 박테리아로부터의 감염 예방, 상처나 피부에 부착 용이성, 투명성, 취급 용이성, 저장성과 멸균이 가능한 특성을 가지며, 베타글루칸에 의한 면역성의 증가의 시너지 작용으로 인하여 상처 치료의 효과가 향상되므로 피부재생 치료에 적용하는 상처치료용 드레싱으로 적용할 수 있다.
