Abstract: An induction generator control device of high pressure wounded type is provided to control a wounded type induction generator having high pressure specification and perform a fault ride-through function, an isolation operation avoidance function and grid voltage synchronization required in a distribution type power source power plant. A wounded type induction generator control device(500) comprises a H-bridge multi-level converter, an inductor for step-up and a step-up converter. The H-bridge multi-level converter(510) comprises a multi-level topology which is completed by serially piling up a single phase converter consisting of 2-leg IGBT on each phase and generates three phase voltage waveform and controls rotor current in order to bear slip power in rotor winding of a wounded type induction generator. The inductor for step-up produces series voltage source which the H-bridge multi-level converter requests. The step-up converter(520) consists of 3-leg IGBT.

Abstract: 멀티레벨 변환기 토폴로지(topology)를 갖는 새로운 권선형유도발전기 제어방식을 제시하여, 고압 사양을 갖는 권선형유도발전기를 제어할 수 있도록 하며, 분산형 전원 발전설비에서 요구되는 fault ride-through 기능과 고립 운전 회피 기능을 수행할 수 있는 계통 연계형 권선형 유도 발전기 제어장치가 개시되어 있다. Abstract: A control system with a three-phase and four-wire converter for an induction generator is provided to control effective power and power factor of a stator by using a converter of the generator and to control a DC link voltage and power factor of a grid-side by using a grid-side converter. A control system with a three-phase and four-wire converter for an induction generator controls the induction generator by connecting an input stage to the induction generator and an output stage to a three-phase AC line connecting the generator and a load. Three pairs of switching devices comprising one transistor and one reversely connected diode are connected to the generator, and the three circuits are connected to the three-phase and three-wire converter circuit. A neutral leg connected to two unit switching devices is added to the converter in parallel to apply an image voltage for controlling a neutral current of the load in case of unbalanced load condition. Each output stage of the three unbalanced loads is connected to a three-phase line of the load, and the input stage is connected to one neutral point in common and then is connected to the center of the added leg.

Abstract: A power converting apparatus and a method for controlling a winding wire type induction generator are provided to generate a stable smoothing voltage without stopping a new regeneration energy source in an unbalance condition by having a system side converter of three phase four lines. A power converting apparatus for controlling a winding wire type induction generator includes a synchronizing generator(200), a sub converter(300), and a power converting apparatus having a generator side converter(410), a DC link capacitor(420), and a system side converter(430). The synchronizing generator(200) generates independent sub power separately from the winding wire type induction generator. The sub converter(300) converts energy provided from the synchronizing generator(200) into DC power. The sub converter(300) provides the converted power to the power converting apparatus. The generator side converter(410) converts AC power of electric energy which is converted in the winding wire type induction generator into the DC power. The DC link capacitor(420) is arranged between the generator side converter(410) and the system side converter(430). The DC link capacitor(420) is connected to the sub converter(300) in parallel and stores electric energy. The serial side converter(430) converts the DC power converted in the generator side converter(410) into AC power, and provides the converted AC power to an AC system.
