Abstract: 본 발명은 단일의 RTD(Resistance Temperature Detector) 선재만을 이용하여 회전기와 같은 권선형 전력기기의 고정자 권선에서 발생되는 부분방전, 온도 그리고 공극에 분포되어 있는 자속을 동시에 측정할 수 있는 것으로, RTD 선재의 양단에 신호선을 접속하고 상기 선재를 에폭시 몰딩하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 온도, 부분방전 및 자속 측정 겸용 센서를 제공함으로써, 단일 RTD 선재만을 사용한 RTD 복합 센서를 발명함으로써 상업화를 위한 양산 체제에 적합한 제작 공정 확립과 센서의 측정 정밀도를 향상시켰다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for measuring a partial discharge during the drive in the stator winding of a high pressure rotator is provided to economically and reliably monitor the insulation status in the stator winding of the high pressure rotator. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring a partial discharge during the drive in the stator winding of a high pressure rotator includes the steps of: detecting the zero point and dividing(S304) the partial discharge signal inputted thereto into a positive(+) and a negative(-) partial discharge signals, dividing(S305) the divided signals into dual paths, detecting by dividing one set period by a predetermined plurality of unit intervals on the phase axis in response to each of the signal on the dual paths, detecting/maintaining(S307) the maximum value by the divided period unit based on the detected phase, implementing(S308) the analog to digital conversion therefor, and alternately performing the above step to each of the signals on the dual path on the phase axis and analyzing the insulation status of the stator winding based on the converted digital data.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sensor for measuring temperature, partial discharge, and magnetic flux of a winding type power device is provided to form a resistance temperature detector complex sensor by using only a single resistance temperature detector wire rod. CONSTITUTION: A sensor for measuring temperature, partial discharge, and magnetic flux of a winding type power device includes a resistance temperature detector wire rod and a plurality of signal lines. The signal lines are connected to both ends of the resistance temperature detector wire rod(200). An epoxy is molded around the resistance temperature detector wire rod. A diameter and a length value of the resistance temperature detector wire rod are decided to form the Ampere turn enough for maintaining a resistance of 100 ohms and measuring magnetic flux.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sensor is provided to simultaneously measure temperature of a stator, partial discharge and magnetic flux in cavitation by unifying signal lines with sensors required for analyzing a high voltage rotator. CONSTITUTION: A sensor includes a pair of resistance temperature detectors(20A,20B) positioned in an epoxy thin film(10) while forming a predetermined interval, a connecting section(30) for connecting the resistance temperature detectors(20A,20B) to each other, a search coil(50) connected to the resistance temperature detectors(20A,20B) in series in order to measure magnetic flux, and signal lines(40A,40B).
