Abstract: PURPOSE: A rotary arc type vacuous cap switch and a multiple firing device are provided to prevent a noise from being generated during an operation of a switch and intercepts a current at a current zero point. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of spiral anode electrodes(24) are supported by an anode electrode support plate(44), and are installed at an anode electrode(20). A plurality of spiral cathode electrodes(26) are supported by a cathode electrode support plate(46), and are installed at a cathode electrode(22) to be away from the plurality of spiral anode electrodes(24) by a predetermined distance. A plurality of firing electrodes(30) are supported by a firing electrode support member(40), and are installed at a plurality of the spiral cathode electrodes(26). A plurality of the firing electrodes(30) generate and provides a vacuous arc to a plurality of the spiral anode electrodes(24) and a plurality of the spiral cathode electrodes(26).
