Abstract: PURPOSE: A discontinuous multi-stage type arc runner is provided to achieve improved insulation recovery performance between a fixed arc contact and a movable arc contact by disconnecting an electrical path through the use of the arc runner even when the residual arc still exists in an arc suppressing unit. CONSTITUTION: A discontinuous multi-stage type arc runner(25) is divided into two or more members which are spaced apart from each other. The members include a proximal end member(23) coupled to a top surface of a fixed arc contact(10) of a fixed arc contact connection portion side; an intermediate member(22) coupled to the top surface of the fixed arc contact; and a distal end member(21) having a bent portion coupled to the top surface of the fixed arc contact and the other bent portion inclined toward a terminal portion(12) of the fixed arc contact.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fixed armature of an arc extinguishing section is provided to improve the shielding efficiency of an arc extinguishing section by making the length of a generation arc longer. CONSTITUTION: A fixed armature of an arc extinguishing section comprises a body(30) and an insulation section(40). The body(30) makes contact with an exterior operating contactor(20) by a contactor(10) which is protruded from the upper portion of a bottom contact surface(11). The insulation section(40) insulates the contactors. When an over current is applied to the body, a current is applied through a terminal portion(35) which is formed on the right side of the upper surface of the body(30).

Abstract: 본 발명은 저압용 차단기/개폐기에서 사고전류에 의해 가동아크접점이 고정아크접점으로부터 분리될 때 발생하는 아크를 소호하여 단락전류를 차단할 수 있도록 하기 위해 아크를 고정아크접점 단자부로 이동시키는 역할을 하는 불연속 다단형 아크런너(Arc runners)에 관한 것이다.

CONSTITUTION: Arc extinction structures comprise a fixed member(110), a movable member(120) and an insulating cover(130). The fixed member(110) comprises flat plates(111,112) with a fixed main contact(111c) and a fixed arc contact(112c), respectively, and a pair of hook-shaped inserting parts(113a,113b). The movable member(120) is adjacent to the fixed member(110) for the hinge-like switch operation between the hook-shaped inserting parts(113a,113b), and has a movable main contact and a movable arc contact which contact with the fixed main contact(111c) and the fixed arc contact(112c), respectively. The insulating cover prevents an electric current caused by a contact between the fixed member and the movable member.
